Hogan Care was founded by Vilay Hogan who is passionate about providing quality support for vulnerable people. Vilay was confronted with these issues in 2012 when Vilay’s brother was involved in a car accident and became a quadriplegic. Unable to find suitable independent living arrangements for her brother for two years, Vilay set out to adapt the garage in her family home into a modified unit for her brother. Since then, she has gone on to establish a Supported Disability Service business and is now extending this service to include care and support within the home under Hogan Care.
Guided by her passion and desire in the disability sector, Vilay’s life experience has culminated in to providing personalized and tailored care for each person under Hogan Care.

San Niroula brings a wealth of diverse experience to his role as the Care Operations Manager at Hogan Care.
With a background in IT across different countries and a solid foundation in Business Administration, San’s journey took a meaningful turn during the COVID-19 pandemic when he dedicated himself to disability, aged care, and community services.
San’s hands-on experience working with clients from all walks of life has given him deep insights into the unique needs of this community. His commitment to understanding and advocating for his clients is unwavering. He possesses extensive knowledge of NDIS guidelines and excels in collaborating with clients, their families, and allied health professionals.
San’s expertise and dedication are invaluable assets to Hogan Care. His innovative ideas and tireless work ethic are instrumental in helping the company elevate its service delivery, ensuring that our clients receive the highest standard of care.

Jared’s role is to help you match your individual needs to your new home and support services. He will collaborate with your support network to turn writing on a page into the practical support you require to make your everyday life everything you want it to be.
His wealth of experience in guiding and training, through empathy and communication – as well as years of industry practiced problem solving, makes him the perfect person to hear your needs, connect with your circumstances and work with you to develop individualised solutions that you wouldn’t find anywhere else.
